Nanhong Red Agate

Nanhong Agate comes to us from Sichuan China. Also known as Southern Red Agate and Shi Zi Hong. It’s  sought after Brilliant red color comes from its high saturation of fine grain hematoid. While the banding is easily seen in most beads , some are so packed full of Hematoid they are not translucent.  Firery Red.
